Frozen lake, feet, and hands
Our My World Tuesday
If ninety percent of jogging ability is mental, why are my feet and hands frozen after a-mile jog?

Perhaps, I don't make sense. I blame it on the 19-degree weather. Oh, why oh why I signed up to this 5K prep this winter?!

But you know what, I feel great! Today anyway.

Better socks and wear gloves. They have both for cold weather.

Have a good run. ☺

The day after, I jogged with snow pants and shoes. Much better. Just cold hands. )
