Happiness Flowers Bring

Red flowers on the counter give me something nice to look at when washing dishes.

Flowers can bring happiness
And symbolize some sweetness
They can ease the loneliness
And fill some emptiness

They don't have to be given
By somebody to you
I often times buy one or two-
Bouquets to change my view

In the middle of my messy rooms
I display these cut of blooms
And sometimes I play music
Then dance with catchy tunes


My teens are not back home yet but in the facilities they stay. Oh how I miss them but I know they are in the place where they get help. Today, though, I get to take my daughter out on a pass. She started filling out applications to some contacts she met in the teen job fair last Saturday. I wish she gets a summer job to keep her restless-16-year-old-brain busy.
