I got this punching bag for my teens in hopes that it will stop them from making punching bags out of our walls. I rather them punch this and not hurt their hands and our wallets for fixing the wall. It turns out, I am using it too. Look at me kick!
Oh yeah, both my teen girl and boy love this.
