Theo, the therapy dog with his Hospital Volunteer ID
Meet Theo, one of our therapy dogs
However big, he's very cute
He walks along the long hallways
As instructed, stops at each doorway
Greeting staff to lift the weight
Of heavy loads they have that day
He wags his tail to whoever looks
"Pay attention to me because I'm cute."
He also puts a smile on family's faces
And erases frowns on some patients' faces

ReplyA very great idea to have a therapy dog. Sometimes animals understand us better than humans do.
